Terms and Conditions
We use Singpost for all local and international shipping. We provide free shipping for all local orders via registered postage to a home or office address. The delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 working days. If you’re shipping to an address that is not in Singapore, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information so that you receive accurate information about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are unable to take responsibility for payment of such duties and taxes. We’ll require you to pay any costs that we have incurred if you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us. Your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse to Singpost within 2 working days. We will notify you once the order has been shipped and issue you with a handy tracking number courtesy of the aforesaid carrier. Beard and Balloon is not responsible for any delay if you enter an incorrect address. We’re also not responsible for any delays due to holidays, or any other incidents beyond our control.
The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost, which depends on the volume, weight and destination of the products you’ve purchased.
We don’t want you to be unhappy with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with a product bought directly from Beard and Balloon, you can exchange or return the item. To do so, please email us with (a) your order number, (b) details of the item to be returned, and (c) the reason for its return. You must inform Beard and Balloon within seven (7) days of your intention to return the item. After that, you’ll have to ship the package within a further seven (7) days. We ask that you pay all shipping costs, duties and taxes. Here’s our address for returns:

A friendly reminder that returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. When we receive the items, a full refund will be made within thirty (30) days. We will not refund the shipping costs.
We do our best to keep everything bright and beautiful for you. However, if any item arrives in an imperfect condition, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We recommend that you only accept packages without visible signs of wear and tear. If you decide to accept visibly damaged items, this should be noted on the delivery form next to your signature. If product is found to have been affected, we require you to email us immediately, attaching pictures of both the packaging and its contents. All the original packaging must also be retained.

All online payments are made through PayPal’s secure services so we won’t keep any of your personal or financial information.
We do not collect or store data about you. We do not sell or rent Customer’s personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order. This data will be transferred to the delivery company. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your contact information. That’s all!
